Rates: All our rooms , except #4, are based on double occupancy and are subject to 11.7% room tax
GIFT CARDS: The Inn accepts one gift Certificate or Gift Card per stay and they can not be combine with previously discounted rooms, last minute specials, hȯliday Packages or any other promotions the Inn may be offering.
Discounts: Weekly occupancy (7 nights or more), 10% discount (excludes single occupancy in room #4).
Additional Guests: One additional guest can be accommodated only in room #1 for $35.00
Payment: We accept, cash, travelers' checks, personal checks (only by advance deposits) and credit cards. -M/C - VISA - AMEX - DIS
Reservations: Two to three night minimum stay may be required in the high season and weekends. Three nights on holiday weekends. Advance booking, on some dates, for a single night stay may be accommodated but could be subject to a $15.00 surcharge.
Check-in: Guests may arrive between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Arrivals later than 6:00 p.m. are asked to make arrangements in advance at the time of the booking.
Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
Parking: Available off street parking is limited to one car per room. Visiting guests are required to find street parking.
Swimming Pool: Our swimming pool is owned by the Old Garden Condo Assoc. and can only be used by guests that are staying at the Inn. Guests of the Inn cannot invite friends to join them at the pool.
Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed - and smoking is not permitted in the Inn, on the decks or on any of the Inn's property including the pool area.
Deposits: Room reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is secured by a credit card and is due upon arrival. Early departures are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $25.00 charge on each cancelled room for one to three days stay. On stays of four or more days, a 10% cancellation fee of the total stay is taken. Fourteen full days advance notice of cancellation is required (21 days for stays of 7 days or longer) to receive deposit refund less the cancellation fees. Rooms cancelled inside of 14 days, guest is responsible for any portion of their reserved stay that is not re-booked.
